Cutting down trees

When we moved into our house we knew a few of our trees were going to have to come down. There were 2 trees directly behind where we back up in the driveway and Randy and I both knew eventually someone would run into those trees (not saying who of course!) so we had them taken down. The kids enjoyed watching the work and even found a surprise- baby squirrels were living in one of the trees and when it came down we weren't sure if they would survive. The kids enjoyed seeing the little babies and thankfully we were able watch as the mom squirrel came back for her little ones.

Can't wait to see how much more room we have once we clean up all this mess!

Surprise visitors! These guys sure were cute. Randi was trying to convince us to let her keep one as a pet- sorry, too many fleas!
